The Scottish government is taking its case for minimum unit pricing on alcohol to the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg today.

The court hearing will enable EU member states to take the opportunity to make representations on the Scottish government’s proposal to introduce a 50p minimum price for a unit of alcohol.
